Requirements Discussion
Our process starts with a detailed chat to figure out what you specifically need, what your goals are, and any special requests you might have for your product. That means we’ll get to know your target audience, what functions you need, what style you like, and how much you’re planning to spend.
Our expert team will walk you through possible options and give you initial suggestions based on what you tell us.
Quotation & Timeline
After our first chat, we’ll put together a full quote that includes all the costs for your project. This document will lay out the production schedule, with clear key checkpoints and delivery dates.
We’ll go over the quote with you together, and answer any questions or worries you have before we move on.
Structure Design
Our engineering team will work out detailed structural designs based on what you need. This step includes drawing up technical plans, picking out materials, and making sure the design meets all functional and safety rules.
We’ll show you the design specs for you to check and approve before we start making the molds.
Mold Making
Once we get the green light on the design, we’ll make precision molds that fit your product specs perfectly. Our top-of-the-line mold making process makes sure production is super accurate and consistent.
Every mold goes through tough testing to meet our quality standards before we start making samples.
Prototype Development
We’ll make working prototypes using the new molds. These samples let you check the product’s shape, how parts fit together, and how it works before we start mass production.
We’ll use the feedback from testing these prototypes to make final tweaks, so the product turns out just how you want it.
Order Confirmation
Once you approve the prototype, we’ll lock in all order details—like how many we’ll make, when we’ll deliver, and the payment terms. We’ll send a formal order confirmation once we’ve agreed on everything.
This step makes sure we’re both on the same page before we start production.
Mass Production
Once the order’s confirmed, we’ll start mass production using our optimized manufacturing processes. Our production team keeps strict quality checks going the whole time we’re making the products.
We’ll update you regularly on how production’s going, and if you want, we can set up a factory inspection for you.
Quality Control & Delivery
Finished products go through a full quality check to make sure they match all the specs. We check things like size accuracy, how well they work, and the quality of the surface.
Once they’re approved, we’ll arrange safe packaging and shipping—using the method and timeline you prefer.
Transaction Completion
After we deliver the product, we’ll check in to make sure you’re happy with the final result. We’ll give you any needed documents—like compliance certificates and user manuals.
Our work together doesn’t stop when we hand over the product—we offer ongoing support, and we’re here if you have future projects or need modifications.
