Prüfung der tragbaren Kfz-Starthilfen A18 & A19 abgeschlossen | OEM-Lieferant

Inhaltsverzeichnis

On June 18, third-party quality personnel authorized by our overseas client performed an on-site inspection on two core SKUs: the A18 and A19 portable car battery jump starters. The inspection was carried out at our main production facility, covering product compliance, packaging verification, barcode legibility, and functionality testing prior to shipment release.

Product Classification: Portable Jump Starter Series

Designed for small-to-mid range vehicles, the A18 is a compact emergency jump starter with essential features including dual USB ports, 1200A peak current output, and a built-in LED flashlight. Ideal for everyday drivers and outdoor enthusiasts.

  • 1200A peak starting current (gasoline ≤ 6.0L)
  • Dual USB outputs for device charging
  • LED flashlight with SOS mode
  • Optional compass and safety hammer
  • Available for OEM branding and packaging

Engineered for demanding environments and larger engine vehicles, the A19 offers 1500A peak current, water-resistant casing, smart protection clamps, and optional modules such as air compressors. Ideal for fleets, off-road use, and winter climates.

  • 1500A peak current (gasoline ≤ 7.0L, diesel ≤ 4.5L)
  • QC3.0 output + 12V DC port
  • IP65-rated water/dust resistance
  • Drop-tested rugged enclosure (1.2m)
  • Optional: air compressor or Type-C upgrade

Inspection Summary

The inspector conducted the following evaluations across both models:

  • Barcode verification (EAN format conformity)
  • Drop test (1.2m, carton-packed, simulating transit shock)
  • Jump-start functionality under low-temperature simulation
  • USB output voltage/current under real-time load
  • Ingress protection (A19 only – water spray test)

One non-compliance was reported: outer carton barcode labels (A18) were below scanning threshold. Issue was resolved on-site via immediate relabeling with standard-size EAN-13 codes. Post-correction, all units passed scan testing.

Functionality Verification: Portable Car Jump Starter Units

Each unit underwent live jump-start discharge testing using a simulation bench replicating typical 12V vehicle conditions. The A19 car battery jump starter model also underwent charging verification using QC3.0 protocol and passed all electrical safety benchmarks.

Units equipped with the air compressor module (optional) were tested separately for inflation rate, pressure auto-stop accuracy, and hose locking.

Post-Inspection Actions

Following final approval, our production team reassembled demo units, updated internal QA logs, and prepared the inventory batch for shipment scheduling. Formal inspection clearance documentation is expected within 24 hours.

Zusammenfassung

The A18 and A19 jump starter models have passed inspection and are validated for global shipment. Both SKUs fall under our portable car jump starter product line, with OEM and ODM configurations available.
